NOT FOR THE FAINT OF HEART OR CHILDREN UNDER 12

If Odyssey Dance Theatre’s “Thriller” isn’t part of your yearly Halloween tradition, it should be. The spooky spectacular combines technical aspects of dance while paying homage to the stars of All Hallows’ Eve.

Throughout the two-hour program, “Thriller” highlights all the heroes of the season, including Frankenstein’s monster and his bride, skeletons, mummies and werewolves. But among the ghouls, you’ll find other unlikely heroes of Halloween, such as Bubbles the Clown and the “Giggle Girl,” who sings and maniacally laughs her way through songs such as “I Saw Mommy Killing Santa Claus.”

Don’t miss Mr. Las Vegas live at the Tuacahn Amphitheatre performing a full concert for the first time ever in the state of Utah!

As part of the concert enjoy the world premiere of the “Wayne Newton – Mr. Las Vegas” documentary on the big screen set in the magnificent red rocks of Tuacahn Amphitheatre.

A lot has come and gone since Wayne Newton first set the entertainment world on fire as a precocious, big-voiced six-year-old. When Elvis Presley was still driving a truck, Wayne almost ten years his junior, had already sung before a president, toured with a Grand Ole Opry road show and released his first record.

So begins the bio of the illustrious Wayne Newton which is also where the documentary film begins. Phil Tuckett, Director of the Digital Film Program at Dixie State College, leads an experienced team as they produce the official life story of Wayne Newton.

Don’t miss this historic concert event which is made possible by DOCUTAH, the Southern Utah International Film Festival.
